The month of Rabi-ul-Awal
Rabi-ul-Awal is the third month in the Islamic calendar, also known as the Hijri calendar.
In Arabic, the word "Rabi" means spring, and "Al-Awal" means first. Therefore, Rabi-ul-Awal translates as 'First Spring' as a whole.
Rabi-ul-Awal is the most important month in Islamic history, as this month was blessed with the birth of the Prophet Muslims (SAW) for mankind and remarkable events in human history. Therefore, this month is called the month of the birth of our beloved Prophet (SAW).
The month of the birth of the Prophet (SAW)
Before the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), people were living in ignorance and darkness. They worshiped different gods. They have strayed from the path of Allah. When the Prophet (SAW) was born, he brought with him the message of truth, the message of Allah, and his uniqueness. This message led people on the path of enlightenment, helping them to distinguish between right and wrong.
The most important virtue of our Prophet (SAW) is that he is the last of all the prophets and no prophet will come after him. Muhammad (peace be upon him) will be a prophet for all humanity until the Day of Judgment. As Allah says in the Qur'an:
"1. He (S.A.W.) is the Messenger of Allah and the last of the Prophets. And Allah is Aware of all things." (Surah Al-Ahzab 33:40)
Hazrat Muhammad (SAW) is a manifestation of perfection. She is a role model chosen for us by Allah and we have to follow her Sunnah in order to lead an ideal lifestyle that is not only determined for us by religion but is really beneficial for all humanity if Let's do it. Allah says in the Qur'an:
"Surely there is a good example for you in the Messenger of Allah (Muhammad) who follows him who hopes for Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah much." (Surah Al-Ahzab 33:21)
Undoubtedly, the life of the Prophet (SAW) is the most important source of guidance for all Muslims and the Prophet (SAW) is mercy not only for us but for all the worlds and God's creatures. As Allah says in the Qur'an:
And We have not sent you (O Muhammad) but as a mercy to the worlds (humans, jinns, and all that exists). (Surah Anbiya 21: 107)
Therefore, every Muslim should learn and follow the practical examples he has set in every aspect of life.

Eid Milad-un-Nabi:
Most Muslims believe that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was born in the month of Rabi al-Awwal, although there is no consensus on the exact date.
In Europe, the United States, Canada, Southeast Asia, India, Pakistan, and parts of Bangladesh, most Muslims celebrate the 12th of Rabi al-Awwal as the birthday of the Prophet (SAW) and celebrate this day as Eid Milad-un-Nabi. Are They celebrate Eid Milad-un-Nabi with great enthusiasm. They celebrate this day through "Milad" (praise of the Prophet by a poet), processions, exchange of gifts, lighting of mosques, and other such activities.
In the Middle East and other surrounding countries, Muslims do not celebrate this event on the 12th of Rabi al-Awwal or any other day of the month because the Prophet (SAW) or his Companions never celebrated the birthday of the Prophet (SAW).
Therefore, some Muslims celebrate Milad-un-Nabi and some Muslims do not.
