  • Martyrdom is a statement that claims monotheism and considers the Prophet of Islam (SAW) to be the Messenger of God.
  • It is usually recited in Arabic as (ašhadu an) lā ilāha illá l-Lāhu (wa ashhadu 'anna) Muḥammadan rasūlu l-Lāh (PBUH).
  • When a person wants to change his religion, he should confirm it and believe in it.

2. Daily Prayers (salat)

  • The Holy Prophet (SAW) mentioned that the difference between a Muslim and a non-Muslim is Salat.
  • Praying is obligatory for every Muslim.
  • There are five daily prayers: Fajr, Duhar, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha.
  • The Holy Prophet (SAW) told us that on the Day of Judgment, the first question will be asked about prayers.

3. Ramadan (Fasting during Ramadan)

  • There are three types of fasting recognized by the Qur'an: formal fasting, fasting in return for repentance (both from Surah al-Baqarah), and serious fasting (from Al-Ahzab).
  • It is necessary to fast within the month of Ramadan
  • During this month, Muslims must abstain from food and drink from morning to evening, and abstain from sex.
  • The purpose of fasting is to allow Muslims to attain nearness to God.
  • There is also fast to understand the difficulties of the needy.

4. Alms-giving (Zakat)

  • The word zakat is derived from zakat which means pure.
  • The purpose of Zakat's aim is to purify one's wealth.
  • 2.5% of Zakat's wealth is used for the benefit of the poor or those in need, including slaves, debtors, and travelers.
  • A Muslim can donate as much as possible to receive additional divine rewards as a voluntary charity (sadaqah).

5. Hajj in Mecca at least once in a lifetime (Hajj)

  • These are the once-in-a-lifetime acts of worship if.
  • You have the money to do that.
  • All you have to do is stay healthy.
  • Hajj is a pilgrimage that takes place in the holy city of Makkah during the Islamic month of Dhi Al-Hijjah.
  • When the pilgrim is 10 km (6.2 miles) from Makkah, he should wear an ihram, which consists of two white sheets.
  • The main rituals of Hajj include walking around the Kaaba seven times, touching the black stone, traveling seven times between Mount Safa and Mount Marwah, and symbolically stoning the devil in Mina.
